Commercial Litigation Attorney

A Boutique Manhattan law firm specializing in high-end commercial litigation and business bankruptcy seeks a dedicated and talented Senior Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Position: We invite an experienced and diligent Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with eight or more years of relevant experience to become a vital member of our team, leading and mentoring junior attorneys while playing a crucial role in managing complex, high-value cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis
  • Formulate and execute litigation strategies and case management plans
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with clients and opposing counsel
  • Attend and lead depositions, hearings, and trials as required
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and dedication to our clients

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation with references
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Admission to the New York Federal Court(EDNY/SDNY)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting

Salary: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
