Stefany has over 9 years of experience with excellent organization skills, accounts receivable / collection, and sales. Expert listening and negotiating skills. A goal-oriented bilingual individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Stefany manages the day-to-day activities of the firm, including case assignment, accounting, implementing policies and procedures, billing, and much more.

Stefany provides immense value to clients when they are facing debt collection, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation and even immigration issues. As she is bilingual in English and Spanish, she also serves as a trusted translator for clients who are most comfortable communicating in the Spanish language. Stefany is passionate about communicating effectively and empathically across cultural lines to assist clients and is most fulfilled when she sees clients or coworkers succeed. Her favorite aspect of Jacobs P.C. is that everyone works as a team.

Prior to Jacobs, P.C., Stefany worked for a large immigration law firm, developing her analytical and project management skills through client service and a host of other responsibilities across multiple locations and with dozens of attorneys and staff. In total, she has more than nine years of experience in administration and office management.
