Eduard has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions and appeals, conducting and defending depositions, formulating litigation strategies, and counseling clients throughout all phases of litigation. Eduard graduated from New York Law School’s Two Year Honor’s Program, was on the Dean’s List, and a member of the Trial Competition Team, Litigation Clinic, and Patent Clinic. His efforts rarely stop in the trial court. Eduard is fearless in pursuing his clients’ goals, personally drafting and arguing appeals from favorable lower court judgments and ensuring denial of further leave to appeal in many cases. He has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions and appeals, conducting and defending depositions, formulating litigation strategies, and counseling clients in all phases of litigation.

Interesting Fact: Eduard was once an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). He played a critical role in the 2012 Hurricane Sandy evacuation and relief efforts.
